Almost-Well-known Fried Pickles


Substances


To the sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise


1 tablespoon emptied horseradish


2 teaspoons ketchup


1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning


To the pickles:

Peanut or organic essential oil, for frying


1/2 cup all-objective flour


1 3/4teaspoons Cajun seasoning


1/2 tsp Italian seasoning


1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


2 glasses sliced up dill pickles, exhausted


Instructions



  1. Make the marinade: Blend the mayonnaise, horseradish, ketchup and Cajun seasoning inside a dish set-aside.

  2. Fry the pickles: Heat 1 inch peanut oil inside a pot around method-higher temperature until finally a deep-fry thermometer registers 375 diplomas F. Meanwhile, whisk the flour, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp sodium and 1/2 cup water in the big pan until finally easy.
